When you’re ready to bake:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees celsius.

OUR TEAM

Parker Pies Rutherglen employs 18 local residents to staff a business that sells over 250,000 pies and pastries per year! In fact there are many local kids whose first ever job was clearing tables at Parker Pies. Those who know Fred will tell you that he is a man of great generosity, passion and vision who loves his shop, his pies, his family and has his finger in ‘many pies’ when it comes to supporting the Rutherglen community. Fred is also a keen bike rider and part of the enthusiastic group of local cyclists, known colloquially as the CRABS (Corowa Rutherglen Amateur Bicyclists).  For anyone visiting Rutherglen and up for a ride, the group heads out on Saturday and Sunday mornings from Parker Pies at 7.30 am for rides of anywhere between 40 to 100 kms.  Naturally, the group finishes at Parker Pies for the all important post-ride coffee.
